Description
Back in the early ’80s, photographer Randall S. Underwood used to hop on a bus or get in a car and drive over to a magical island, the island of Manhattan. He snapped these pictures. It was a fun time for him and great memories were created hanging out on the scene, in the clubs, and on the streets of the Lower East Side.
