Ordering options
In addition to ordering via the online store, it is also possible to order by email order@crucialresponse.comor by telephone on 0203 455 79 39. Telephone orders are possible between 10:00 and 19:00, if we are not available please leave a message on the answering machine. We will call you back immediately. Please record your name and telephone number clearly.

We will debit the amount to be paid from your account, stating the invoice number. This payment method is only possible from the third order onwards.

Paypal within Germany, Europe and overseas
Now a very common payment method that can also be used for credit card payments.

If payment is made via paypal, the paypal fee will be charged to the customer additionally.
Customs duties
For delivery to non-EU countries: Customs duties are paid by the customer. Crucial Response, Peter Hoeren, has no influence on customs duties and therefore they are not included in the product and shipping costs.
Minimum order value
Minimum order value of 8.00 euros.
Self-collection
On request, orders can also be collected directly from our dispatch warehouse at Moselstr.34 in 47051 Duisburg. However, as we do NOT have a store with regular opening hours, it is necessary to make an appointment to make things as easy as possible for us and you.
Shipping
Here is a list of shipping prices. As most parcels are under 5 kg, we have only listed a section up to 9 kg for the sake of clarity. The shipping prices are calculated automatically. We generally ship all deliveries with DHL up to 31.5 kg.
