“No Gimmicks Needed” was the first proper full-length from Long Island, NY, hardcore quartet Kill Your Idols. Like the title of the record, Kill Your Idols brought fast, no-frills, hardcore punk with to-the-point lyrics that were a commentary on the scene and greater world around them with no poses or metaphoric nonsense. This is the first time “No Gimmicks Needed” is available on vinyl since its initial release in the year 2000. This is the yellow vinyl version, exclusive to Rev and limited to 100 copies.
